Kristyn Zorzi is Senior Director, Human Resource for Bruce Power, a Nuclear Power Generator producing 30 per cent of the province of Ontario’s electricity and the production of Medical Isotopes used in various applications, including sterilization of 40 percent of the worlds single-use medical devices and equipment. As a member of the HR Leadership Team, Kristyn holds responsibility for a breadth of programs including Compensation, Benefits, Pension Administration, Wellness & Disability Management, Pay Services, HR Systems, Technology & Analytics and the HR Customer Service Center. She sits as a member of the Bruce Power Pension Oversight Committee, DEI Steering Committee, is a member of the Bruce Power Woman’s Forum and Gender & Sexuality Alliance and has served on the Bruce Power Emergency Response Organization.
Kristyn holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader. She is a Board member with Grey Bruce Health Services, overseeing 6 hospitals in the Grey Bruce Region, a member of WiN (Women in Nuclear) Canada where she acts as a Mentor and is a proud Coralus (formerly SheEO) activator, a radically generous community supporting women and non-binary people through start-up capital funding focused on a more equitable and sustainable world.
